General information
Apcalis SX Oral Jelly helps to achieve good erection during sexual intercourse. It works improving blood flow in the penis relaxing arterial smooth muscles. It works only when sexual stimulation is present.This medicine includes Tadalafil that is used to treat male sexual function problems (impotence or erectile dysfunction) by blocking a certain enzyme (phosphodiesterase-PDE5) in the body. It works only when sexual stimulation is present.
Directions
Apcalis SX should be taken once a day as needed. In patients taking certain protease inhibitors it is recommended to not exceed a maximum single dose of 20 mg of Apcalis SX in 16 minutes before the sexual activity.It actives during 36 hours.
Precautions
Avoid eating grapefruit or drinking alcohol and tobacco. Also consult with your doctor if you have abnormal penis, birth defects of the penis, had coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, angina, heart attack or heart failure, hypo- or hypertension, bleeding, diabetes, hyperlipidemia (excess of lipids in the blood), sickle-cell anemia, liver or kidney disease.
Contraindications
The drug is contraindicated in men suffering from cardiovascular disease who are taking organic nitrate and alpha-adrenergic antagonists.
Possible side effects
Side effects of Apcalis may include headaches, back pain, nasal congestion, indigestion, muscle pain and facial flushing. To avoid side effects, you are strongly advised to consult a doctor prior to taking Apcalis. Especially if your erection is longer than 4 hours, seek for immediate medical help as it may permanently damage your penis.
Drug interactions
Don’t take this drug with the medicines that include organic nitrate and alpha-adrenergic antagonists. Consult your doctor if you taking such preparations.
